Description: Concrete rehabilitation, waterproofing, parking garage and site restoration project. Rehabilitation of parking garage roof slab and adjacent common spaces of City Hall, Kitchener. Removal of overburden, concrete repair, application of waterproofing, and reinstatement of overburden to match new proposed layout. Layout included hardscape seat walls, ramps, stairs, state and decoratie paving as well as planters with trees, shrubs and irrigation. Various unique monument/art features and installation of a converting water feature/ice rink feature on the parking garage roof deck. Also, various miscellaneous repairs, including drain removal and installation, handrails and guardrails, crack injection, lighting system overhaul, interior thin system repairs etc.

Description: Concrete rehabilitation, waterproofing parking garage restoration project at 10 Yonge Street. Rehabilitation of parking garage roof slab, including removal of overburden, concrete repair, application of waterproofing, and reinstatement of overburden to match new extensive proposed layout designed by renowned landscape architect Janet Rosen berg and Studio. Also, various miscellaneous repairs, including drain removal/installation, crack injection, new misc. metals work, general site repairs, lighting and mechanical upgrades etc.

Description: Concrete rehabilitation, waterproofing parking garage restoration at 121 University, Waterloo. Rehabilitation of parking garage roof slab, including large sections of slab replacement. Removal of overburden, concrete repair - both localized and wholesale-, application of waterproofing, andd reinstatement of overburden to match new proposed layout. Complete demolition and reconstruction of new garage ramp and stair wells, including the enclosures. Also, various miscellaneous repairs, including drain removal/installation, crack injection, structural upgrades to footings, general site repairs etc.

Description: Design Build Restoration of the condominium fountain with fountain specialist company fountain place.  Demolition of existing water feature components, reinstatement of all finishes.

Description: General Structural Rehabilitation Project. Repair of the level 8 heating cable system in one zone. Removal of concrete topping, installation of new heating cables (by others), re-installation of new concrete topping and waterproofing. Contract changed from removal of top portion of topping to removal in its entirety, as topping was more severely de-laminated than originally expected.

TCHC St. Andrews Phase 1-3

Description: TCHC St. Andrews is a multi-residential high rise building complex located at 2063/2067 Islington Ave. HRI completed removal and replacement of thin system intermediate slab waterproofing. We also addressed localized roof slab overburden removal/replacement for re-application of hot applied waterproofing system. Various structural concrete repairs, drain replacements, replacement of expansion joints, crack injection and other miscellaneous repairs were also completed throughout.

TCHC Eglinton

Location: Toronto, ON | Completion Year: 2017 | Type: Prime Contractor
Description: The TCHC Eglinton Building is a multi-residential high-rise building located at 220 Eglinton Ave. E. Works included removal of overburden and all underground garage services, full P1 roof slab replacement and reinstatement of garage waterproofing/overburden/and services. Various other miscellaneous repairs within the parking garage, including steel beam replacement and repairs, fireproofing, concrete and drainage repairs, etc, were also completed.

Simcoe Street Parkade

Location: Peterborough, ON | Completion Year: 2016 | Type: Prime Contractor
Description: The Simcoe St. Parkade is one of the City of Peterborough’s municipal parking facilities. HRI completed structural concrete repairs and localized thin system waterproofing replacement throughout multi level pre-cast parking garage. Various other misc. repairs including replacing expansion joints, crack injection, sealant repair, stairwell upgrades etc., were also completed.

Mississauga City Centre

Description: The City Centre Transit Terminal is located adjacent to the Square One Shopping Centre, making it one of the City of Mississauga’s highest traffic public transportation hubs. HRI completed removal of all of overburden on suspended podium deck portion of the transit terminal bus loop. Concrete repairs and application of hot applied waterproofing system were then completed. Finally, HRI Reinstated all bus loop overburden including granular, concrete topping, asphalt, curbs, stamped concrete etc.

The Anchorage

Location: Belleville, ON | Completion Year: 2016 | Type: Prime Contractor
Description: The Anchorage is one of Belleville’s most highly sought after condominium buildings. Its garage is composed of a single on grade level, with a conventional slab elevated podium deck level above. HRI completed removal of all of overburden on the suspended slab. We then repaired the structural slab, installed a hot applied waterproofing system, and finally, a sloped asphalt padding and asphalt top course along with reinstatement of all hard landscaping overburden (sidewalks, ramps etc). Various miscellaneous garage repairs were completed including column repairs, vertical repairs, drainage repairs, railings, trench drain replacement etc.

Description: The West Parkade is one of the Guelph’s municipal parking facilities. HRI completed wholesale sealant and thin system waterproofing installation on the top interior level of multi level pre-cast parking garage. We also completed various structural concrete repairs throughout, as well as other miscellaneous repairs which included; expansion joint replacement, drain replacements, installation of roof deck epoxy thin system test area etc.
